Early Morning
The day you’ve been planing and thinking about for a long time is finally here… While you and your bridesmaids prepare I will work away in the background, capturing moments of your special day.
I like to arrive a few hours before the big “ I DO “ to capture the Bride getting her make up done and of the Bridal Party enjoying some pre wedding drinks. My style is relaxed and informal; some of my best pictures were taken when the bride and groom were unaware they were being photographed.
Yes. I do
And here we are, the moment we’ve all been waiting for. After introducing myself to Priest or Registrar I will capture the Bride’s big entrance and the look on the Groom face when he sees his Bride- perhaps a big smile, a tear, or both! It's really one of my favourites moments.
During the service you will forget my presence as I do not use camera flashes and also silence the loud camera shutter. I will capture one of the most important moments of your life from different angles in the room.
Group Pictures
During discussions prior to the wedding you will tell me which group photographs you wish to be taken.
It’s all about You
After the ceremony it’s all about you so you decide whether we stay and take photos at the venue or go to local spots. I always try to combine posed as well as candid photographs.
Speeches and Dinner
Wedding speeches will make you laugh out loud or bring you to tears or a bit of both. I'm there to capture all of this but at a distance so I don’t distract anyone.
When it’s dinner time no one likes to be photographed while eating; it’s time for you and your guests to enjoy the meal and some bubbly.
First Dance
It’s all eyes on you. It’s always spectacular. All of your friends and family are watching and taking lots of snaps. I’ll be there to photograph the newlyweds, the beautiful venue and guests.
I usually stay for about 30 minutes after the first dance to take photographs of you and your guests.
Something for the party people
Late night? Why not?!
If you would like me to stay later and capture pictures of…let’s say…dance moves that some would deny actually happened- no problem!
